Brantley Smith founded NextGen SMB after spending more than a decade building, scaling, and modernizing growth-focused businesses across sales, marketing, and operations.
He has led digital transformation initiatives, implemented automation at scale, and worked directly with founders and leadership teams to replace manual processes with systems that drive clarity, efficiency, and profitable growth.
NextGen SMB was created to deliver the systems Brantley wished existed earlier in his career: practical, AI-enabled infrastructure designed around how businesses actually operate, not how software vendors think they should.
